Schedule
Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Qualifications
- Respiratory Therapist (RT) license in New Jersey
- Appropriate certifications
- A minimum of 0 years of experience
- Experience in pediatric respiratory care is desirable
Responsibilities
- Operating ventilatory equipment
- Performing chest physiotherapy
- Suctioning
- Making sure patient oxygenation and ventilation are monitored
- Reviewing chest x-rays
- Performing EKGs
- Pulmonary function studies
- Assisting with procedures (e.g., bronchoscopy, chest tube placement)
- Providing tracheostomy care
- Following emergency response procedures according to BLS and ACLS guidelines
- Maintaining equipment
- Documenting patient care
- Communicating with other healthcare professionals

Pay
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
