Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

• Schedule Shifts available: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM and 7:00 AM - 7:30 AM.
  
• This role includes working every other weekend and participating in the call rotation.

Job Description

The Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) will provide care to patients with breathing or cardiopulmonary disorders. This position requires flexibility and teamwork, along with strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with medical teams across various hospital units.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapies in an acute care setting.
• C Conduct assessments and provide treatment plans for patients.
• Operate and maintain respiratory equipment including ventilators and oxygen delivery devices.
• Participate in the interdisciplinary team for patient care discussions and decision-making.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
• BLS certification required; ACLS and NRP certifications preferred.
• Experience in NICU/PICU, acute care pediatrics, and adult critical care is required.
• Ability to float between units as necessary.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
