American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with at least 2 years of experience for a 13‑week contract position at a children's hospital in Detroit, Michigan. The assignment is for an Allied Health Professional specializing in Registered Respiratory Therapy, with a start date of August 31, 2026, a length of 13 weeks, and 36 guaranteed weekly hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services within a pediatric hospital setting.
• Work in the Respiratory Therapy department at a children's hospital.

Requirements

• Active RRT license (if applicable).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Valid driver's license required for consideration.
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Day shift schedule from 07:00 to 19:30 (3×12‑hour shifts), 36 guaranteed weekly hours. Must be open to working any day of the week as self‑scheduling is not available.
