Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care to pediatric patients
• Perform pulmonary and cardiology diagnostic testing
• Work in multiple healthcare environments
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care
• Ensure optimal clinical outcomes
• May supervise department staff
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, accreditation, and professional standards
• Be assigned to various areas within the healthcare system needing respiratory care

Requirements

• Associate or technical degree
• Proof of passing the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Current license in the practicing state as required by state law
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum one year of clinical experience
• Ability to work 36 hours per week on 12‑hour day shifts
