About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Skilled Nursing for a travel nursing job in Hilo, Hawaii.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain cleanliness and order within the facility.
- Document patient progress and interactions accurately.
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility setting preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week.
- Knowledge of infection control practices and protocols.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN exam.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in computer systems for documentation.
