About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a 13-week assignment starting July 20, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to patients in a Med Surg / Telemetry unit
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures
- Perform patient assessments and develop treatment plans
- Document patient care accurately and timely
- Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Vermont
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in Med Surg / Telemetry preferred
Qualifications
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN
- Knowledge of telemetry monitoring systems
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Skills

- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHRs)

Pay
The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
Schedule
Shifts are 12 hours, nights, with a start date of July 20, 2026.
