About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Skilled Nursing for a travel nursing job in Rugby, North Dakota.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and policies.
Requirements
- Current licensure as an RN in the state of practice.
- Minimum of one year of recent acute care experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- Current BLS certification.
Qualifications
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
