Travel LTC/SNF Registered Nurse - $1,991 per week

About the role

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care (LTC) Skilled Nursing for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Ludington, Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a long-term care setting
• Assist with daily living activities as needed
• Document patient care in accordance with facility policies and regulations
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred

Qualifications

• Pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Pass a background check
• Pass a physical examination
