Travel LTC/SNF Registered Nurse - $1,929 per week

About the role

Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a travel nurse RN for a 10-week assignment in Long Term Care (LTC) at a facility in Canby, Minnesota. The position offers 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a long-term care setting
• Assist with daily living activities as needed
• Monitor patient health and report changes to healthcare providers
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Minnesota
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in long-term care preferred
