Responsibilities
Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines using critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making
Provide intensive, comprehensive care and monitoring for medical, surgical, and cardiac patients who have experienced shock, trauma, or other life-threatening conditions
Maintain accurate documentation, ensure patient safety, manage equipment and therapies, and advocate for patient comfort and dignity
Requirements
- Active registered nurse license in California (RN) and licensure in good standing
- BLS and ACLS certifications current at the time of assignment
- ICU or critical care nursing experience in a high-acuity environment preferred
- Ability to work 3x12-hour day shifts in an ICU setting
- Eligibility to work in the United States and ability to complete credentialing and onboarding processes
- Must be able to work in Simi Valley, CA
