Travel Registered Nurse ER Job

Overview

• Location: Aberdeen, Washington
• Start Date: 08/10/2026
• Duration: 13-week travel assignment
• Pay: $1,995–$2,144 per week
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
• Shift: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (18:30–07:00)
• Setting: Hospital Emergency Department

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to ED patients across a broad acuity spectrum, including initial assessment, triage, and continuous monitoring
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments; monitor patient responses; respond to changes in condition
• Perform ongoing nursing assessments, document findings, and communicate with the multidisciplinary team
• Support physicians and other care providers; coordinate care with case management and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record; ensure compliance with clinical standards and protocols
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and post-discharge care as appropriate

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in Washington State or a multi-state license with WA verifications (Nursys demographics)
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications
• Emergency Department nursing experience; strong team collaboration skills
• RTO must be pre-approved and added to the end of the contract with full scheduling availability
• Ability to work the night shift (18:30–07:00)
• RN degree required; specific degree level not listed in the notes
