Travel Registered Nurse ER Job

Travel Emergency Department RN assignment in Philadelphia, PA for eight weeks beginning 08/17/2026. 36 guaranteed hours per week on a 3×12 night shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the ED, including triage assessments and prioritization of care based on acuity
• Administer medications, monitor patient responses, establish IV access, and manage ongoing therapeutic interventions
• Perform continuous patient surveillance, respond to rapid changes, and escalate urgent issues to the ED team
• Collaborate with physicians, techs, and support staff to deliver timely, safe, and efficient care
• Document assessments, interventions, and handoffs accurately in the electronic health record; ensure clear and concise communication with the care team

Requirements

• Active RN license to practice
• BSN required
• 2+ years of Emergency Department nursing experience
• Willingness to work all 3 shifts during the 8-week contract
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced ED environment and adapt to varying patient needs

Pay

Weekly pay ranges from $1,995 to $2,092.

• Shift: 3×12 nights, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
