Travel Registered Nurse ER Job

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of ER patients
• Plan and implement nursing care based on patient and family needs
• Provide appropriate interventions and coordinate care with the healthcare team
• Evaluate patient responses to nursing interventions and adjust care as needed
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment and support patient/family centered care
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure high-quality care and continuity

Requirements

• Active RN license in Michigan
• 3+ years of ER nursing experience
• Certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), TNCC or ENPC required
• Ability to work the 7:00 PM–7:30 AM night shift and adapt to a travel assignment
• Demonstrated ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in an ER setting

Pay

Weekly pay: $1,953–$2,121 per week

Schedule
