About the Role

Provide high-acuity cardiac and vascular intensive care to post-op and critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management, and titration of vasoactive drips.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, compassionate care.
• Support patient and family education, promoting understanding and comfort.
• Deliver specialized cardiac care, monitor patient status, and manage life-support equipment.
• Participate in collaborative care planning.
• Uphold a patient-focused approach and contribute to a supportive clinical environment.

Requirements

• Nursing license with critical care experience preferred.
• Strong skills in hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management, and vasoactive medication administration.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
