About the role
This role is based at a hospital in Nashville, TN, within the CV-Critical Care department.
Responsibilities
- Manage ECMO, Impella, IABP, and VAD for patients in cardiogenic shock
- Provide specialized care for post-CABG, valve replacement, and transplant patients
- Perform precision titration of inotropes and vasopressors guided by cardiac monitoring
- Rapid response to emergencies like tamponade, arrhythmias, or hemorrhage
Requirements
- Minimum RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS certifications
- At least one year of acute care RN experience
- PREFERRED: NIH and CPI certifications
