Travel Radiology Tech Interventional Radiology Tech Job

Travel assignment for an Interventional Radiology Technologist in Westwood, New Jersey. Start date: 09/08/2026. Duration: several weeks.

Responsibilities

• Perform interventional radiology procedures (angiography, embolization, stent placement, IVC filter placement/removal)
• Handle vascular access (central lines, PICC, port placements) and ultrasound-guided access
• Operate fluoroscopy in a sterile field; maintain sterile technique and radiation safety
• Manage PACS/imaging equipment and documentation in the EHR; ensure accurate procedure notes
• Support department operations; lead the IR suite when needed and collaborate with the team to maintain efficiency and patient safety

Requirements

• Active ARRT (R) certification and BLS
• Current New Jersey state license or compact license in hand at submission
• Minimum 5 years IR-specific experience; strong interventional IR background; able to run department independently
• Travel experience required; prior travel assignments preferred
• Siemens single-plane IR suite experience and Epic charting experience
• 50-mile radius restriction: must be outside 50 miles from the assignment location

Pay

Weekly pay: $2,861 - $3,043 per week

Schedule

5x8 days (40 hours per week)
