Travel Radiology Tech CT Tech Job
Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging procedures according to approved protocols and patient care plans
- Precisely position patients and optimize scanner settings to ensure high-quality cross-sectional images
- Maintain radiation safety practices, ALARA principles, and proper use of shielding and protective equipment
- Collaborate with radiologists and other health care professionals to interpret findings and adjust protocols as needed
- Prepare and operate CT equipment, monitor patient status, and document procedures and results accurately
- Provide clear patient communication, maintain patient comfort, and address any safety concerns during imaging
Requirements
- Current California Certified Radiologic Technologist License (CRT)
- Current Peripheral Vascular Access certification
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate
- Demonstrated understanding of cross-sectional anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology, and medical terminology
- High level of accuracy in patient positioning and exposure techniques
- Ability to work in a hospital radiology setting and align with a 40-hour weekly schedule on a 13-week assignment

This is a travel, temporary assignment beginning 08/17/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $2,698 to $2,823 with guaranteed hours of 40 per week.
