Travel Radiology Tech CT Tech Job

This travel assignment supports a Short Term Acute Care Hospital in The Dalles, Oregon, with a 16-week contract beginning 11/30/2026.

Schedule

• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 3x12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM–7:30 PM)
• No on-call coverage required

Pay

Weekly pay range: $2,224–$2,264

Responsibilities

• Operate computed tomography (CT) equipment to produce cross-sectional images for radiologist interpretation
• Perform CT procedures and support additional imaging services (general radiography and fluoroscopy) as needed
• Ensure image quality, appropriate patient positioning, and adherence to radiation safety principles
• Use PACS and teleradiology systems to transfer images to the radiology team; maintain accurate patient records and billing information
• Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of patient data in compliance with HIPAA
• Participate in routine equipment maintenance and inventory management
• Assess patients across adolescent to geriatric populations, ensuring comfort, safety, and effective communication during imaging procedures

Requirements

• ARRT certification: RT(R)(CT) or RT(R) with CT certification required; ARRT-CT credential preferred or required as specified
• Advanced CT certification: Required in OR and HI; preferred in CA
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Fluoroscopy license in the state of employment preferred (CA and OR referenced)
• At least two years of recent radiology technology experience
• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology preferred
• Venipuncture certification preferred
• Current nursing license per the state of assignment
