Travel Radiology Tech CT Tech Job

Travel CT Technologist assignment in Athol, Massachusetts. Start date: 08/24/2026 for a 13-week hospital-based engagement.

Pay

Weekly pay ranges from $2,466 to $2,618.

Schedule

Four 10-hour shifts per week (7:00am–5:30pm).

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans and Mammography exams with accurate patient demographics, appropriate image density, contrast, and reconstructed images to ensure high-quality results.
• Conduct daily CT QA and daily Mammography QA, documenting data to meet regulatory requirements.
• Operate the PACS system to ensure images are transmitted with accurate data and coordinate merge, move, and retrieval of studies across servers to keep current and prior exams available for interpretation.
• Review physician orders to confirm the correct examination and accurately enter orders and charging into the Meditech system.
• Maintain a safe patient environment, apply appropriate protective measures, and follow radiation-safety protocols, including pregnancy precautions and fall-prevention practices.
• Communicate effectively with patients of varying ages and hearing abilities.

Requirements

• Massachusetts License to practice Radiologic Technology required.
• ARRT certification preferred; must obtain within one year from date of hire.
• CPR certification required.
• A.S. Degree preferred but not required.
• Advanced Registration in CT or Mammography optional but preferred.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English; additional languages preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; basic computer literacy.
