Responsibilities

• Administer radiation treatments, simulations, dosimetry functions, and fabricate blocks as needed for treatment planning.
• Perform radiation therapy treatments under the supervision of the Radiation Oncologist in scheduled or emergent contexts.
• Update and maintain procedure manuals; manage daily treatment schedules on clinical equipment.
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to departmental and hospital policies; observe all safety features in clinical areas.
• Cook up with reception, nursing, and physicians to support comprehensive patient care; demonstrate independence in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
• Attend mandatory education sessions and participate in ongoing quality and safety initiatives.

Requirements

• Massachusetts Radiology license (active) and ARRT certification (active)
• American Heart Association BLS certification (active)
• 2+ years Radiation Therapy experience
• Own vehicle for travel assignments
• Ability to work in a hospital setting and participate in the clinical workflow
• Travel-ready and eligible for temporary assignment as a traveler
