About the role
LRS Healthcare is seeking a travel Radiation Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 3, 2026, in Sterling, Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Administer radiation therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed physician.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during treatment sessions.
- Document patient information accurately and maintain records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Radiation Therapist in Colorado.
- Experience in radiation therapy preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
- Completion of an accredited radiation therapy program.
- Knowledge of radiation physics, dosimetry, and radiation oncology principles.
Skills
- Proficiency in radiation therapy equipment operation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay
The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
