Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Radiation Therapist for a 12-week assignment starting on August 3, 2026, in Ithaca, New York.
Responsibilities
- Administer radiation treatments under the supervision of a physician
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during treatment sessions
- Document patient information accurately and maintain records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy or related field
- Current license to practice as a Radiation Therapist in New York State
- Experience in radiation therapy preferred
- Knowledge of radiation physics and dosimetry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Passing score on the NCES exam
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
