Health Carousel - Travel Allied is seeking a travel Radiation Therapist for a 12-week assignment starting on August 3, 2026, in Ithaca, New York.

Responsibilities

• Administering radiation therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed physician.
• Ensuring patient safety and comfort during treatment sessions.
• Using specialized equipment to deliver precise radiation doses.
• Maintaining accurate records of patient treatments and dosages.

Requirements

• A current license to practice as a Radiation Therapist in the state of New York.
• Experience in radiation therapy, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Knowledge of radiation physics and biology.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy or related field.
• Completion of an accredited Radiation Therapy program.
• Current CPR certification.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
