Travel Radiation Therapist - $2,408 per week

Prime Time Healthcare is seeking a travel Radiation Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on July 27, 2026, located in Ithaca, New York.

Responsibilities

• Administer radiation therapy treatments to patients under the supervision of a physician.
• Ensure accurate patient positioning and treatment delivery.
• Document all patient treatments and procedures accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient care continuity.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Radiation Therapist in the state of New York.
• Experience in radiation therapy preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and medical staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
• Successfully completed an accredited Radiation Therapy program.
• Knowledge of radiation physics, dosimetry, and radiation safety protocols.

Skills

• Proficiency in radiation therapy equipment operation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational skills to manage patient records and schedules.
