Travel PT Home Health - $2,766 per week

About the role

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Kennewick, Washington.

Responsibilities

• Independently evaluate and treat patients in their homes
• Establish individualized plans of care
• Complete reassessments and provide skilled interventions focused on gait, balance, strengthening, mobility, transfers, safety, and functional independence
• Manage daily patient schedule and territory
• Provide patient and caregiver education
• Career coordination with the interdisciplinary Home Health team
• Timely documentation using Homecare Homebase (HCHB)

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Washington PT license or ability to obtain prior to start
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Previous Home Health experience required
• HCHB experience preferred
• Comfortable independently managing a Home Health caseload
• Comfortable traveling throughout Benton and Franklin Counties
• Strong documentation and time-management skills

Position Highlights

• 13-week travel assignment
• Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
• No weekends
• No on-call requirements
• Benton & Franklin County territory
• About 100–150 miles/week of travel
• 30-point weekly productivity expectation
• Homecare Homebase (HCHB) used
• Previous Home Health experience required
