Healthcare Support is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 17, 2026, in Santa Rosa, California.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• At least one year of clinical experience preferred.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Pay
