About the role

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week Home Health travel assignment in Medford, Oregon. This role requires 1+ year of skilled home health experience and BLS certification.

Home health setting serving patients throughout Medford, OR and surrounding areas with a 1:1 patient ratio and up to 6 patient visits per day. Standard productivity expectation of 30 points. Occasional maximum drive radius of 50+ miles between patient visits.

Responsibilities

Provide home health physical therapy services
Complete up to 6 patient visits per day with a 1:1 patient ratio
Chart using Epic/Oasis
Adhere to productivity expectation of 30 points

Schedule

Day shift: 5x8 hours (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM)
40 hours per week
No weekend requirements
No on-call requirements
No floating between like units required
Facility may cancel up to one shift per pay period

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of skilled home health experience
BLS certification
Oasis charting experience
Epic EMR experience
Reliable personal transportation
Primary series COVID vaccination plus one booster
License required if applicable
First-time travelers will not be considered for this role
