Travel PT Home Health - $2,467 per week

About the role

Travel position for a Physical Therapist with Compassus Providence Snohomish County in Everett, Washington. This is a 13‑week assignment starting 11/09/2026, 40 hours per week on a day shift schedule.

Schedule

• Shift: Days, 5×8‑hour shifts (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
• Monday orientation

Requirements

• 2+ years of recent Occupational Therapist experience
• Active OT license in hand
• BLS certification
• NBCOT certification
• OASIS experience
• HCHB (Homecare Homebase) proficiency
• Home health experience with geriatric patients required
• First‑time travelers not accepted
• Valid driver’s license and personal transportation
• Flexibility with territory assignments (up to a 60‑mile radius from the office)
• RTO (Request Time Off) must be submitted with application

Responsibilities

• Provide home health therapy visits to geriatric patients
• Average 5–7 visits per day
• Cover territory within a 60‑mile radius of the office

• Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
