Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in accordance with professional standards and state regulations.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Active and unrestricted professional license(s) and required certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to clinical excellence.

Schedule

• 13-week assignment starting 09/08/2026.
• 40 hours per week.
• Shift: 8 hours, days (3 x 12-hour days).

Pay

Estimated weekly pay: $2,468.70 (for informational purposes only). Breakdown:

• Weekly wages: $960.00
• Weekly meals and incidental per diem: $507.48
• Housing per diem: $761.22

Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
