Travel Property Adjuster - Field Estimating Central/West Time Zone

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to policyholders by conducting on-site inspections, investigating coverage, preparing estimates, and settling claims promptly and efficiently.
- Handle virtual claims countrywide, utilizing platforms and software such as Xactimate and ClaimsX Video Collaboration.
- Evaluate and negotiate claims settlements with customers, vendors, third-party carriers, and claimants, adhering to legal and business standards.
- Utilize multiple tools to manage claims in a fast-paced environment, including estimate tools, job aids, and additional settlement platforms.
- Protect the company financially by executing policies and maintaining accurate documentation in a claims system.
- Attend comprehensive training in Dallas, TX, covering systems and processes, and participate in ongoing training opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Work remotely 10 days per month, with 4 days off, and work 8 to 12 hours per day.
Requirements
- Up to 90% travel out of town.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness and ability to carry a 50-pound ladder and access up to a 6/12 pitch on a one to two-story roof.
- Reside within a reasonable distance of a major airport to support travel requirements.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of experience preparing property estimates.
- Prior experience as a Property Adjuster.
- Proficiency with estimating software, such as Xactimate.
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Sharp organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.

Pay
$68,000 - $117,700 based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Remote/Travel: 10 days on (include travel), 4 days off. Workdays range from 8 to 12 hours.
Notice of Licensing Requirement
As a condition of employment, you may be required to obtain an adjuster and/or an appraiser license within 60 days of hire. This could include Home Resident Property & Casualty License, Designated Home State (DHS) Florida or Texas License, and/or applicable Appraiser License.
Sign On Bonus
You may be eligible for a $1,000 Licensing Sign on Bonus if you have the applicable active licenses needed for this role.
