Virtual Assist Auto Adjuster - Mountain or Pacific Time Zone - Remote

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by engaging with interested prospective customers
• No cold calling—connect through inbound calls and proactive outbound calls with active insurance shoppers
• Sell reputable products from Allstate and our family of brands
• Leverage advanced technology conducting inspections remotely by analyzing photos and live videos to provide exceptional service to customers whose vehicles require repair
• Play a key role in reviewing, writing estimates, creating supplements, and handling total losses for a wide variety of vehicles
• Communicate clearly and efficiently with all parties involved, ensuring that the customers' needs are met with the highest level of professionalism and care
• Utilize multiple tools to get the job done in a fast-paced environment, including estimate tools, job aids, and additional settlement platforms, all while using your sharp critical thinking skills

Requirements

Candidates must live in Mountain or Pacific Time Zone

This position requires on-camera presence when assisting customers, participating in team meetings, or as otherwise directed

Qualifications

• 18 months+ previous experience in auto Collision estimating using CCC or Mitchell
• Demonstrated expertise in crafting comprehensive cost estimates for paintwork, body, frame restoration and mechanical
• Proficiency in using virtual inspection tools and applications
• Strong analytical skills to assess damages and write accurate estimates
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and stakeholders effectively
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a virtual work environment
• Familiarity with insurance policies and industry regulations related to auto claims

Pay

$65,600.00 – $111,550.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications

Schedule

• 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Pacific Time Zone
• 9:00 am – 5:30 pm Mountain Time Zone

Notice of Licensing Requirement

As a condition of employment, your office/area may require you to obtain an adjuster and/or an appraiser license which includes passing an additional background check with the Department of Labor. If applicable, you will be required to secure license(s) within 60 days of hire.

Sign on Bonus

You may be eligible for a $1000 Licensing Sign on Bonus if you have the applicable active licenses needed for this role. This could include Home Resident Property & Casualty License, Designated Home State (DHS) Florida or Texas License, and/or applicable Appraiser License.
