We need to ensure we didn't repeat job title heading. Good. Check for any boilerplate: "About Cross Country Nurses" description we omitted? We included some of that in About the role? We used job summary but not the "About Cross Country Nurses" paragraph. Should we include that? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. The "About Cross Country Nurses" is substantive info about the company. Should we include it? Possibly under About the role or a separate section? There's no heading for company info. Could incorporate into About the role paragraph. We have not included that description. We should add it. We can add a paragraph after the job summary: "At Cross Country Nurses, we know travel nursing is about more than just the job. It’s about building a career that supports your lifestyle, your values, and your impact. We offer competitive pay, full benefits, and 24/7 support from a team that truly understands what it means to be on the front lines. Wherever your journey takes you, we’re with you every step of the way. Let’s build your best life — one assignment at a time." We need to ensure not to duplicate benefits already listed. That paragraph mentions competitive pay, full benefits, 24/7 support. It's okay. Let's incorporate into About the role paragraph. Now check for any other info: "Posted job title: Registered Nurse / Progressive Care Unit" - we should not repeat job title as heading, but we could include it in a short p maybe as metadata. But instruction: do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a shortor drop it. Posted job title is minor metadata; we could fold into a short p. However we already have job title implied in About the role. Might be okay to drop. But to preserve ALL substantive information, we should include it somewhere. Could add a short p: "Posted job title: Registered Nurse / Progressive Care Unit". But that repeats the job title which we already have in the content; but it's not a heading. It's okay. We also have "Cross Country Job ID #1319621." That's minor metadata; we can fold into short p or drop. Probably drop as not essential? But to preserve ALL substantive information, we should include it maybe. However the instruction says do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. So we can include a short p with Job ID. Let's add a short p after About the role maybe: "
Job ID: #1319621
" but that's minor metadata. We also have "Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 48.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined." Already in Pay. Now ensure no duplicate content: Benefits list we have includes 401(k) retirement plan, etc. The About Cross Country Nurses paragraph mentions competitive pay, full benefits, 24/7 support. That's okay. Now check for any mention of "Referral bonus" appears both in Benefits list and later "Benefits401k retirement planReferral bonus" duplicate. We have included referral bonus in Benefits list. Now ensure we didn't include any filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now output HTML fragment. Let's construct final HTML:About the role
