Travel Progressive Care Unit RN - $2,390 per week

Job Summary

Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) position based in an acute care setting, with a focus on patient care for post-Cath Lab and medical-surgical patients. The assignment involves working nights in a facility with a 21-bed unit, mandatory floating to Medical Surgical and Intensive Care Units as needed, and every other weekend requirement. The role requires maintaining excellent patient outcomes while adhering to hospital protocols.

Schedule

Night shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week from 09/21/2026 to 12/21/2026.

Required Qualifications

• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in Progressive Care or Telemetry units
• Prior experience caring for Post-Cath Lab patients
• Active license to submit application

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Electronic Medical Records, specifically EPIC
• Prior floating to ICU for patient status assessments

Additional Information

• Every other weekend schedule
• Expectation to float to Medical Surgical and ICU units based on patient needs
• Up to two extra mandatory shifts may be required per six weeks
• Unit maintains ratios of 1:4
