Travel Progressive Care Unit RN - $2,130 per week

Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) position located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This role involves delivering high-quality patient care, supervising ancillary nursing staff, and participating in patient assessments and discharge planning. Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments within 8 hours of patient admission
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans
• Ensure timely documentation
• Provide patient education and discharge planning
• Delegate and supervise nursing staff
• Maintain safety standards according to hospital policies
• Participate in team activities
• Seek ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification prior to first shift
• Valid ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification prior to first shift (CIRH only)
• Minimum of 2 years bedside clinical experience
• ICU experience
• Degree or certification meeting licensed Registered Nurse (RN) requirements

Schedule

• Nights, 12-hour shifts
• Minimum of 36 hours per week
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: 09/07/2026
