Travel Progressive Care Unit RN - $2,060 per week

Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) Night Shift located in the region. This role involves maintaining quality patient care by following established nursing care plans while supervising Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and orientees. Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission
• Develop individualized care plans
• Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Participate actively in patient rehabilitation programs
• Ensure accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and responses
• Initiate discharge planning and patient teaching
• Provide direction, training, and supervision of ancillary nursing personnel
• Delegate appropriately and maintain effective communication to promote continuity of care and safety
• Assume charge responsibility following orientation
• Participate in team-building activities
• Engage in ongoing professional development through continuing education and self-study

Requirements

• Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Valid ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
• Minimum of two (2) years of bedside clinical experience
• Current licensure as a registered nurse

Schedule

Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
