Responsibilities
- Implement personalized treatment plans created by physical therapists
- Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to enhance patient mobility
- Monitor and report patient progress to supervising therapists
- Educate patients and families on exercises and safety
- Accurately document sessions and progress
- Collaborate with healthcare teams for coordinated care
- Support discharge planning and continuity of care
Qualifications
- Accredited PTA program completion
- National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) clearance
- MA PTA licensure/certification
- First Aid (BLS) certification recommended
Additional Details
- Work on-site in Agawam, MA
- Day shift, up to 40 hours/week
- Competitive pay ranging from $1,242 to $1,281 per week
