Travel Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,821 per week
Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) that is licensed or in the immediate process of obtaining licensure in Massachusetts to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility / Long-Term Care (SNF / LTC) setting. This is a 13-week travel contract position.

Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistance under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist in a SNF / LTC environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
- SNF / LTC experience required.
- Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license within the state of practice (or in the immediate process of obtaining licensure).
Schedule
- 13-week assignment starting 11/30/2026.
- 40 hours per week, 5x8 days schedule.
- 8-hour shifts during the day.

Pay
