TRS Healthcare is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a position in Newport, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care
- Perform therapeutic exercises under supervision
- Administer treatments as directed by a licensed physical therapist
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Experience in a clinical setting preferred
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passport required for international assignments
Skills
- Proficient in computer software used in healthcare settings
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
