Travel Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,579 per week

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Culpeper, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistance under the supervision of licensed physical therapists.
• Assist in patient education and discharge planning.
• Perform routine patient assessments and document findings.
• Prepare treatment areas and assist with equipment setup.
• Administer treatments as directed by physical therapists.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current state license and at least one year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• A minimum of an Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program, or successful completion of the NPTE for Physical Therapy Assistants.
• Other requirements may vary based on the client facility.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Pay

• Based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
• Tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
