About the role
Triage Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a position in Seattle, Washington.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistance under the supervision of licensed physical therapists.
- Assist in patient assessment, treatment planning, and implementation of therapeutic interventions.
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers as needed.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during treatments.
Requirements
- Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant from a state-approved program.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a state-approved Physical Therapy Assistant program.
- Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and procedures.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software.
