Travel Physical Therapy Assistant position available in Dover-Foxcroft, Maine.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistance under the supervision of licensed physical therapists.
• Assist in patient assessments, treatment planning, and execution of therapy sessions.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare team members.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Maine.
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Pass a background check.

Skills

• Proficient in using medical terminology and equipment.
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

8 hours, rotating shift.
