About the role
Skilled Nursing Facility Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) travel assignment. Anticipated start date: ASAP. Contract duration: 13 weeks. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Assists Physical Therapists in directing patient participation in selected tasks to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance.
- Facilitate the learning of skills and functions essential for adaptation and productivity.
- Diminish or correct pathology and promote and maintain health.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice.
- Current BLS certification.
