About the role
We’re seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Aledo, Illinois. This is a travel contract position with an anticipated start date of ASAP and a duration of 13 weeks, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Assists Physical Therapists in directing patient participation in selected tasks to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance
- Facilitates the learning of skills and functions essential for adaptation and productivity
- Diminishes or corrects pathology and promotes and maintains health
Requirements
- Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice
- Current BLS certification

Pay
Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
