Triage Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in New Bern, North Carolina. The position is located in New Bern, NC and starts on August 17, 2026. It is a 13-week assignment working 40 hours per week, with an 8-hour shift during the day.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care
• Perform therapeutic exercises and treatments under supervision
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in North Carolina
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Pass a background check
• Pass a drug screening
• Pass a criminal history check

Skills

• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
