About the role
TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 26-week assignment in Clarksburg, Maryland.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistance under the supervision of licensed physical therapists.
- Assist in patient education and rehabilitation programs.
- Perform routine tasks such as setting up equipment and preparing treatment areas.
- Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers.
Requirements
- BLS certification.
- Two years of relevant experience.
- Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Maryland.
- Pass a background check.
