About the role
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting August 1, 2026, in Canaan, Connecticut.
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care
- Perform therapeutic exercises under supervision
- Help patients with mobility and functional activities
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions
Requirements
- Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Passing score on the NCLEX-PN or EMT-B exam
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a recognized Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Current CPR certification

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
