About the role
As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will be part of a team providing quality patient care in an environment that accommodates diverse work settings.
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in performing therapeutic exercises and treatments
- Help patients with mobility and functional activities
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers
- Adapt to various work environments and patient needs
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year recent work experience in the specialty of the job applying for
- A current BLS/CPR certification through American Heart Association
- Active License in the state of the job location (if applicable)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a recognized Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Passing score on the national licensing exam (if required by state)
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately

Pay
