About the role
LRS Healthcare - Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 12-week position starting immediately in Forestville, Maryland.
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care
- Perform routine tasks such as moving patients, setting up equipment, and documenting progress
- Help maintain a clean and organized treatment area
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Qualifications
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
