Travel Physical Therapist SNF/LTC - $2,600 per week

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Lebanon, New Hampshire. Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) that is licensed or in the immediate process of obtaining PT licensure in the state of NH to work in the specialty area of SNF/LTC. This is a contract position with a 5x8 day schedule. Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• SNF/LTC experience required
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of practice (or eligibility to obtain NH licensure)

Pay

Pay package is based on 8.0‑hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
