Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility/long-term care (SNF/LTC) setting.
• Assume responsibility and accountability for incorporating the organization's vision, values, mission, and critical goals into job performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year recent experience as a Physical Therapist.
• SNF/LTC experience required.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of practice (New Hampshire).
• Must be licensed or in the immediate process of obtaining PT licensure in New Hampshire.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8.0 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
